Our Admissions
Along with the necessary forms for enrollment each child will need to submit: shot records, birth certificate and a physical signed by a physician. If your child is school age, please submit dis-enrollment forms along with grades from last school attended.
You may also complete the Online Admissions Application by following teh link below and we will contact you regarding your request. Please call 254-501-3333 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. regarding any admission inquiries.

Complete the online Pre Registration Process and submit.

Pay all Registration and Tuition Fees
We shall review your admission and contact you with our final decision and or request additional information within 5 business days or less. Registration fees and all payments must be made before registration is considered final.
